CrossFit is a high-intensity fitness program designed to build strength, endurance and agility. It combines elements from different sports and training methods, to keep your body guessing and growing.
It focuses on three main areas of:
1. Functional Movements: It uses movements you do in everyday life, like squatting, lifting and jumping. It builds strength you can use both in and out of the gym.
2. High intensity: Short bursts of high-intensity workouts challenge your limits, burn calories, and improve cardiovascular health
3. Constant Variation: No two CrossFit workouts are the same. By switching up your daily routine, you avoid plateaus and keep your body progressing.
