The Berry Dairy

The Berry Dairy is a family owned and operated Dairy and Strawberry Farm, which also features a small cafe catering for all ages, strawberry picking, enclosed children’s play area and petting zoo that is opening in November 2023.

Owners Nicole and Brendan moved over from New Zealand in 2018 chasing greener pastures. They absolutely fell in love with this piece of the world that they now call home, and are passionate about their new lifestyle.

After purchasing the dairy farm in May 2022, they decided it would be the perfect site to begin The Berry Dairy. The idea of adding Strawberries to their farm started with Brendan envisioning a few strawberries in a field with a shack to sell them from. Clearly, this idea has taken on a life of its own and has turned into much more!

With their four children – including two under two- they quickly realised there was a large gap in the market for a local family friendly cafe. What eventuated is not only a cafe, but a fun and unique country experience the whole family will enjoy.

The Cafe aims in providing a paddock to plate experience, all produce and products will be locally sourced.

Our signature menu items will include freshly blended strawberry ice cream in waffle cones and a matched Gippsland tasting paddle experience. But that is just the beginning, we will update more as our delicious new menu is crafted together.

Also on offer, is a wide range of stunning local produce, beers, wines and even local tasting paddles. And of course, we will offer amazing barista style coffee using Gippsland Jersey local milk. There will be something for everyone!
