“Silverwood” Equestrian/Beach/Farm stay

Tranquil getaway on 43 acres, with private boardwalk access to the Ninety Mile Beach. “Silverwood” is the quintessential beach house, full of quirky charm. Fresh and clean with two living, two bathrooms and four bedrooms. Bring your horses, access beach from the Jack Smith Lake Reserve 500 m from the front gate. Abundant bird life on the salt marsh, visiting echidna and kangaroo. No neighbors in sight and totally private, only the sound of the waves to help you relax in the beauty of nature.

The space

“Silverwood” is totally private! This sets it apart from other Airbnb‘s and you will have it all to yourself. Not even the sound of passing cars as the house is set well back on a dead end road. Silverwood is an amazing design with lots of warm timber and unique shaped windows. The upstairs living area offers views of the ocean and lake through sun filled windows and access to a balcony. The wood heater provides ample warmth throughout the house and a split air-conditioner is also available. But the real beauty of Silverwood is the natural environment which few B&B can offer. 6 galvanized pipe yards are available for visiting horses.

Guest access

Guests have full access to the house however the sheds and garage are locked. All potential guests should read our “house manual” and “house rules” prior to booking.

Please take advantage of our 20% discount for longer stays of 7 to 27 nights. Monthly discounts for 28 days or more are discounted by 40%. There’s plenty to do in the area and you can really unwind. Jack Smith Lake reserve is only 500 metres from our property entrance and boasts 7000 acres of coastal woodlands and marsh to explore on foot, motor bike, your own horse or 4 wheel drive. The Banksia forests are beautiful and I encourage you to take a stroll through the area.
