Neighbourhood and Community Houses are the heart of our communities, offering a welcoming space where people come together to connect, learn, and contribute. These community hubs provide a wide range of social, educational, recreational, and support activities designed to meet the needs of residents.

Open to people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds, Neighbourhood Houses create opportunities for individuals to enrich their lives through meaningful connections they may not have otherwise made. Whether it's learning a new skill, participating in community events, or simply making new friends, these inclusive organisations play a vital role in strengthening community ties and enhancing the lives of all who participate.

The Dargo Community House welcomes local residents to come along, learn new skills, update long forgotten ones, or simply get together and have a chat.

The Dargo Recreation Reserve is a scenic, multi-purpose community hub and RV staging area located on the Dargo River in Victoria's High Country. Managed locally, it features ample flat camping space, and easy access to local amenities. The reserve includes sports facilities and is situated right by the Dargo River, making it an excellent base for fishing and canoeing.
