Our FREE Seniors information sessions are run by the Council on the Ageing Victoria (COTA Vic) and are a forum to help you better understand the services, support and planning options available as you age. They are also a great opportunity to connect with others, ask questions and learn about topics that are important to you and your family / carer. Includes light lunch with tea and coffee.

AUGUST SESSION CONTENT

1. Planning for Change: As we move through different stages of life, planning ahead can provide peace of mind for ourselves and our loved ones.
