Dargo Community Dinner with Special Guests David Younger & Anne Leadbeater OAM
Come together for a relaxed community dinner to hear from experienced recovery leaders, talk about the recent fires and what recovery looks like for our community, and enjoy a good night out together. David Younger is a clinical psychologist and national disaster recovery consultant, with a strong focus on strengths-based approaches to healing after adversity. Anne Leadbeater OAM has supported communities across Australia and New Zealand following disasters. She lives in Kinglake and was awarded an Order of Australia Medal for her work after the 2009 Black Saturday bushfires. This evening is a chance to:- hear practical insights from David and Anne- reflect on the impact of the recent fires- share experiences and ideas about community action- reconnect, have a meal together and enjoy each other’s company Tickets are free but bookings are essential with limited seats available.
