Celebrate Australia Day at Seaspray

Seaspray Surf Club will celebrate Australia Day with a free community barbeque and live music – and you’re invited! The barbeque will fire up around 11am on Sunday 26 January and continue until the sausages run out.

Surf Club President Chris Fleming will host Wellington Councillor Geoff Wells at a flag raising ceremony on the ocean-side of the club at midday.

Musician Nathan Lambourn will perform on the lawn during the afternoon to keep the summer long weekend vibes going. The surf club has invited the community to spend a relaxed afternoon at the club while enjoying one of the best views of Ninety Mile Beach.

This free community event is supported by Wellington Shire Council.
